I can't start the challenge until I have enough people signed up so tell people about the challenge!

 

Rules:

  • Never go above 700 calories.
  • Exercise atleast 30 minutes a day, no excuses.
  • Weigh in every Sunday and post your daily points every day on your teams' page (or post all days points from the week on weigh in day)

 

POINT SYSTEM

  • 5 points for every 24 hours fasted
  • 5 points for every 24 hours of eating only negative calories
  • 1 point for every 8 oz. glass of water
  • 2 points for every 15 minutes you exercise
  • 1 point for every vitamin you take
  • 3 points for eating under 200 calories
  • 2 points for eating 200-500 calories
  • 1 point for eating 500-700 calories
  • 2 points for every pound lost
  • -2 points for every pound gained
  • -5 for purging
  • -5 for binging
  • -1 for every piece of candy or junk food

 

Every Sunday you will post your current weight and the weight you were the Sunday before and your weeks points.  The team who earns the most points in the week is named the "Biggest Losers".
